the instructions and instructional video were horrible and impossible to interpret, everything besides the pool table is so cheaply made. Pool table isnt the best quality but for 500$ it is what you'd expect. The delivery was a NIGHTMARE!!! was told it would arrive around 2pm in the afternoon so took it off from work, after numerous phone calls where no one seemed to care it was finally delivered at 8pm. The delivery driver was rude, he dropped the pool table and all accessories on the road and tried to leave it there in the rain. When I asked him to help me bring it inside he told me it wasn't his problem.

Ordered a pool table 3 weeks ago, it finally came today, not in the right colour, very bad quality. Took about 4 hrs to set up and then the whole entire table broke to pieces after turning it over and that was our Christmas present. I will be calling for a refund tomorrow.

I got the 8ft pool table setup was about 4 hours with 2 people and delivery took only 6 business days to a country area. Really happy with the product overall if anything I should have got the 7ft table because of space.

Pool table / table tennis combo is good if you only want to play pool as the table tennis top is very narrow and doesnt allow for the use of normal side clip on nets. The net provided was an extremely poor product that is tiny and doesnt stand up. Best to buy a pool table and then get a separate quality table tennis top of standard dimensions from a different company.

The best service I have ever received! We ordered an 8ft pool table from Ksports online, I was a little nervous as there are a few bad reviews but in all honesty the service was hands down amazing. The person I spoke with on the phone regarding delivery information was extremely helpful and informative, they went above and beyond to accommodate delivery details to ensure the table arrived before a birthday party we were hosting. The table arrived within a week and is in perfect condition.I would recommend this company to anyone in the market for an affordable yet quality pool table.

This store has the weirdest hours, only open Saturday's according to the voice on the other side of the phone that answered with a simple hello. The warehouse was a confusing find with probably a single A4 size sign.

Purchased the 19mm Table Tennis Table for $280. I drove out to the warehouse to pick up the table so I could have a look first.Table looked good so I took one on the spot.I was surprised by the quality of the fittings and the ease of putting the table together.Extremely happy!

The problem here is product quality and instruction on setup. My ping pong table had numerous drill holes which resulted in numerous repeats of install resulting in around 6 hrs to setup. The instructions were not up to date with latest pieces and not clear. The video provided was marginally better but still flawed

I had researched quite a bit before buying a table tennis table for the family. The K-Sports tables were cheaper and appeared better quality than most so I took the chance and ordered. Amazing result. Table was delivered the next day. As advertised, very sturdy construction and excellent quality. I ordered the 25mm table so heavy and takes a while to assemble if you do it yourself. Mainly due to the quality of the support which is very sturdy compared to some of the more flimsy alternatives. One assembled it’s easy to fold up and move around. Table comes with net, bat and balls. I did get better balls later which bounce a bit higher. Overall I would highly recommend.

This place is a joke. They offer free delivery on a pool table which was the reason I chose it. They told me that the driver could unload the table on his own. Their delivery driver is uninsured and does not have a proper tail-lift truck. So they call me on the day of delivery and tell me I need to have two people present to assist in unloading the table off the truck and they also can't give me a specific delivery time! I cancelled the order. Don't waste your time with these people.
